My Top 5 Ultimate Breakfast for Lazy healthy foodies


Do you eat breakfast every morning?

No, I’m not talking about the take out you grab around 11 am. I mean when you have a nice calm breakfast in the morning before you left your home. If not keep reading to find out my top Lazy healthy breakfast recipes! 

Let me guess you don’t have time this morning, right? 

I heard from so many people “Your breakfast looks so yummy al the time. I wish I had time for it” Because I’m a morning person so for me, it is a bit easier to make sure I have time for breakfast every morning, but this doesn’t mean that I’m cooking for hours in the kitchen. Most of the days, I actually don’t spend more than 5-10 minutes to make my breakfast. 


#1. – Banana Pancakes

All you need is 4 simple ingredients, oats, banana, baking powder and choice of plant milk. 

First, you have to put one cup of oats in the blender and blend it until it becomes powdery consistency. After you need to add the rest of the ingredients into your blender ( or food processor) and mix it until it is perfectly combined. (The key is to let it sit for 5 minutes before start to pour it into the frying pan)

  • 1 cup of Plant milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 0.5 tsp Baking powder

#2. – Peanut butter and Banana Toasties

Such an obvious choice, right? Days when I’m in a rush This is my go-to breakfast choice. Takes less than 5 min to make it and still fill me up till lunchtime. But did you know having a banana in the morning may improve your digestion, heart health and can help with weight loss?


#3. – Green Goodness Morning Smoothie

As you may all guessed by now, Bananas is a must-have in my kitchen.

You can use it in so many recipes. Like for example, my Green Goodness Smoothie.

Spinach is at the very top of most superfood lists because many vitamins and minerals it contains, which gives it the ability to help prevent disease and provide a multitude of other nutritional benefits. I like to incorporate into my smoothies that way I do get the recommended amount of vitamins from it, but masked with a sweet taste. 

All you need is :

  • 1 banana⁣
  • A handful of spinach
  • 0,5 papaya ⁣ 
  • 0,5 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter 
  • 1 cup of oat milk 

#4. – Healthy Protein Oatmeal 

Having oatmeal for breakfast not just has a lot of health benefits, but it’s effortless to turn into a different dish every day. Yes, you guessed the key is in the toppings. But to make the base as smooth and creamy as possible, I always use some plant-based milk instead of water.

0.5 cup of rolled oats

1 scoop of vegan protein powder

1 cup of oat milk


#5. – Morning chocolate & Pistachio mug cake 

I Love mug cakes perfect solution for Lazy’s healthy breakfast. So easy to make them and once you mastered your recipe, it’s so easy to mixing up the flavors or adding extra ingredients into it. 

Ingredients for the cake 

2 tbsp oat flour

1 tbsp pistachio (peled)

0.5 tbsp cacao powder

0.25 tbsp baking soda

3 tbsp plant milk

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey 

1 tbsp peanut butter, preferably unsweetened

1 Medjool date

Start to put the oats and the pistachio into a food processor and blend it until it becomes powdery. 

Then add the baking powder and cacao powder into a mug with your oat and pistachio flour. Then mixed all together. 

After blended the rest of the ingredients together and once it’s combined pour it into the cup and mix it all. After it left to do is put it in a microwave for a minute and ENJOY!
