I hope you’re having a CHIAfull day!

Chia pudding took the world by storm a few years ago. We all know by now it has so many health benefits, and we all see those stunning videos on social media how easy it is to make it. Just put everything in a jar shake it well, and in the morning you have it. How many times have you tried? And how many times you ended up with one big ball of chia mess?

-Yes, so do I!

First, let me give you a few facts on chia pudding why is it good for you and after I will give you one key thing you need to make those picture-perfect, not glumpy chia pudding.

Chia Seeds Deliver a Massive Amount of Nutrients With Very Few Calories

-High in Quality Protein

-Loaded With Antioxidants

-High in Omega-3 Fatty Acids

-Almost All The Carbs in Them Are Fiber

– Easy to Incorporate Into Your Diet

My secret is to get that “picture perfect “ chia pudding is in the first hour, or so I go and mix it up several times to make sure nothing gets glumpy.

Also, a great way to have chia in the morning or during a day is infused into your water or juice. I like to start my morning with a big glass of water if I fell like it I squeeze half a lemon juice in it.

What you need to do is a mix

If you give it a try I would love to hear from you. Your feedback is really helpful. You can rate the recipe and comment below to let me know how yours turned out. And if you want to show off photos you can tag me @laforance on instagram! More recipes to discover 🙂
